I want you to ask yourself something? What is my faith FULLY in? Is it in a job? The stock market? A friend or family member? A Pastor? Or is it FULLY in God?
Its so easy to put our trust and faith in people or things. But the bottom line is people and things will fail you at some point. But God CAN'T & WON'T !
Sometimes God takes us on a journey and process in life that is very uncomfortable, hard, uneasy, and even frustrating at times. But He allows us to go through that so that He can help, teach, show us and turn our hearts and minds to how we can genuinely and truly have faith in Him for ALL things! BIG & SMALL! It's so easy to say that yes I have faith in God. But when the rubber meets the road do we actually do and does the way we respond by our actions, words, and attitude to circumstances say that about us ?
I think when its all said and done even someone who considers themselves a SUPER CHRISTIAN can struggle with that.
It says in
Hebrews 11:16 (NKJV) But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
James 1:1-2 (The Message)Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way
Romans 10:17 (NJKV) says So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
God will allow situations in our lives to take a turn. Not to hurt us but to help us learn to develop unwavering faith in Him.
So start thanking God for the process and in the meantime while your waiting on Him to move in your situation, go through these daily steps
1. Spend time in prayer and surrender daily to Him.
2. Ask the Holy Spirit to help and teach you to develop that unwavering faith.
3. Find scriptures that is for your situation and declare the Word over it daily
in 2 Corinthians 5:7 (NLT) For we live by believing and not by seeing
Start seeing things and your situation not what it looks like in the physical realm . But by faith and watch God move in your life. Because a turn around will take place if we have faith!
